With christmas being upon us very soon, went online to order myself a set of replacement protectors (in carbon). Last week they were in stock ('98 model so different sizes each side) but now caterham website states that they are no longer available.

Not being the most adept user of a hacksaw (or dremel) really wanted to buy the pre-made/ correct sized units but cannot seem to find anywhere else that sells them?

Would welcome any suggestions?

Thanks

Classic carbon have ‘asymmetrical stone guards’ listed. They appear to be out of stock too, although they do apparently make parts to order. I know Sevens & Classics stock Classic Carbon parts, so it may be worth giving them a call. Redline might be worth a try too.

Spoken to Eric at Millwood who has sorted me out with a pair as required.

Thanks for the recommendations

I'm about to do this to my car too. The car is black with s/s protectors at the moment, I live in a rural area and have sticky tyres and my rear wings regularly get sand blasted. I'm going for the large, wrap around items.

Is it worth getting some DIY PPF on there? Obviously I know it won't go around the tight compound curve of the wrap around, but protecting the main curve would be good.

Any recommendations?

Found myself with some time over the holidays (COVID isolation) so used it to fit the Millwood protectors. Used Gorilla Glue clear grab adhesive which seems to have done the job. A great fitting product and very pleased with the outcome
