Looks a nice car from the pics, but wonder if it has a few things that take the shine off which has made it hang around...
Miles - 30k quite high for a caterham, obviously not high miles for an 18 year old car
k-series - does that put people off? A bit marmite mabye in contrast to the ford engines
condition - has it worn well? Looks shiny in the pics
use - has it done all its miles on track?
Has it had paint? Should there be a badge on the back panel?
What's the condition like underneath?
Does it just feel a bit expensive for what it is at 23k?
Just some thoughts really, it certainly looks nice and is fully specced - not much more that could have been added I suspect.
I had a work meeting nearby on weds pm, so would have offered to pop in for you and give a second opinion, but sadly Boris has cancelled that.

Cheap as chips and a real investment ......an appreciating classic. Check out others. £23K for a R400 is good value.
Low millage for a K series car. My Freelander weighed double or more then a 7 and I sold it with 150,000 miles on the clock.
Ask Ian why the car hasn't sold ? He has a number of cars that's been up for sale since the Spring.

Which makes no sense in these times of desperation for used cars!
lolCaterhams aren't exactly desirable popular cars. Bell and Colville have a nearly new Caterham for sale and they've had it for sale since March, they also tried to sell it at auction but it didn't sell .

Ah yes, but that's one of the daft zero power throwback cars, hugely overpriced Caterhams aren't exactly desirable popular cars. Bell and Colville have a nearly new Caterham for sale and they've had it for sale since March, they also tried to sell it at auction but it didn't sell .
