Superlight 1.8k engine issues

Hi guys! Finally today I've got my first run on a Seven! Was just few miles because we're still closed at home.
I've experienced some problem. First one, engine look like doesn't run smooth, better if I give some more throttle. Ad idle runs perfect, hot and cold but if I have to restart at hot I've some difficult. Second one, oil pressure Is 6bar cold and 2bar hot. I've new instrument and sender, I've remote the sender quite far the danger zone and I add a pressure switch, buyed from DT that should switch light on at 1,3bar. Problem is that at hot, needle stuck at 2bar, the light comes on but not completely, very dim. I've to worry? Third One, the speedo needle (mechanical) swings a lot. Engine is a 1.8k series, 43k Miles not vvc.
I will ask also a couple of suggestion, I've buy a 52mm alu throttle body (someone suggest me that will work better) someone can explain the right metod to make the TPS reset? I have a standard rover ECU; beside that, someone was able to connect with a ELM127 odb/BT?
