I'm going round in circles here - Every time it rains, it stains my carbon, managed to heat gun it out but I can't find a decent sealant or wax that prevents it going milky when wet ?
I've researched it on the web but nothing or no one really comes up with a solution apart from getting a body shop and getting them re-lacquered.
I've tried various wax's / sealants / wd40 all that but nothing that stops the annoying milky look from coming back.

Does anyone have any tips please? would love the black of the carbon to come back as well smile

TADTS. I had this problem with a brand new R300 back in 2004 I think it was. Typical Caterham, done bugger all about it. That's why I went all alloy on my next car.
Caterham charge top dollar for a so called premium product, but actually their QC is shyte. Last I heard was the carbon is made in China.
I'm afraid your only option is to get it clear coated.

Might sound odd, but wood silk is what i use. Brings it back to super glossy and rich. Should definitely get rid of the milky marks as mentioned. Quick squirt after cleaning the car each time, job done.

As I say it definitely worked for me. A quick 30 second go over after each wash with the stuff is no inconvenience for the outcome it gives.

I know you bought it now, but just for future reference, most supermarkets should have it on the shelf.

Autoglym Bumper & Trim Gel works well, apply liberally and leave to soak in overnight before lightly buffing.
