Sigma 150 cam belt change interval ?

Getting some conflicting advice on when to get the belt and accessories changed,

Ford say something like 100k for the Sigma, but our cars are used in a totally different manner.

Im led to believe my belt was last changed 2 years ago - when would YOU get it changed ?

Caterham say 5 years Ford say 10 years or 100000, I think 10 years would be fine, especially since the cars are under half the weight of a normal car so won't be working the engine as hard, (even with the higher red line) but decided to split the difference at 7.5 years just in case.

If you are ensure its not been changed I would look to replace ASAP.

I had mine changed at 5 years. I'll be changing it again soon - possibly this year actually! (that's gone quickly!)

I changed mine at 5 years. Caterham used to say 6 years, but better safe than sorry. Change the water pump at the same time.
