If you want to splash out, the custom indoor from Classic Additions is excellent. On the other hand I used old duvet covers for years before buying one :-)

I bought the indoor cover from Caterham , bit expensive but great quality perfect fit of course

Second the Caterham one , great quality and fits perfectly.

If you have a dry garage a car cover may suffice but for many the Garage is far from dry so you may want to consider something like a Carcoon or similar that protects the car particular in Winter months https://www.carcoon.com It certainly keeps my car in good condition.
