I'm 24 so that excludes most of the rental companies except one on top of Scotland. And I'm not really interested in track days.

I'm looking to reach a private arrangement with someone.

Don't know what else to write here. I am very excited to experience a caterham! smile

Yeah didn't appeal. Think it was 300 something for just 45 mins driving with an instructor

I definitely will. But yeah if any Midlands based caterham owners fancy making a bit of money message me.

I'm intrigued as to what you were actually quoted for. We don't mandate an instructor for our road rentals and non of our circuit rentals are limited to 45 minutes.

Are you sure you phoned BookaTrack?

Spoke to them on live chat. I didn't know is they did road hire.. this was for the "caterman circuit" and the other was for a track day rental which I can't afford.

Looks like a breakdown in communication. If you've asked about renting a Caterham - the girls would normally assume you're after a track rental.

We do also offer road rentals:

Give Williams a call. I think they sold the yellow hire car in the picture but I'm sure they'll have a replacement.

I read Midlands as Birmingham. That's me being a southerner and thinking Scotland starts from Liverpool. Williams is actually near Yate which is about 15 miles north of the centre.

£1.50 per extra mile eek

Speak to Alec at Blue Sky Caterham.
I use them every year, doubt you could find a nicer guy to deal with and I'm sure they was only 50p per extra mile.

They also hire out holiday cottages on the same site so if it's a bit far (Lancaster) you could make a weekend of it.

Give them a call, if he can do it he will. Like I said, he's about as nice a guy as you could hope to meet.
