I thought it just needed detailing. A good go with a clay bar.

Looks a great project. New long front end? Or a complete refurb of the chassis?

Slight thread drift but In my experience ,even buying secondhand parts on ebay and doing all the work myself, except the chassis repairs...... at the end of the day it would have been cheaper to buy one thats already on the road and I did not factor in my hours. The big issue is, you cant asses all the damage until you have completely stripped it and its these unknowns that can add massively to your costs and time.

Hi Mark (guessing that's your name),
Looks like an interesting / scary / expensive / rewarding project you may have on your hands there.

Are you blogging / documenting it anywhere? If not any chance of posting occasional updates on here?

I'd be really interested in seeing how you get on.

Really good work! Are you having the chassis re-panelled as well as repaired?

I have Crossflow 7 (just celebrating 20 years of ownership this week) so will be interested in how this progresses.

Best of luck with the rebuild.
