R300 for sale at Williams
Discussion
Hi all, looking for my first Caterham and was wondering if anyone knows anything about the R300 for sale at Williams

From the pictures it looks good and from e-mails has good deal of history but was wondering if anyone has anymore history of the car or been to see it. Also anyone dealt with Williams in the past.
I cant simply go view as I'm in North of Scotland so not handy.

Help me out here, I take it RBTB are throttle bodies, would it have filter and cut out on side of bonnet if it had or am I being stupid?
Yes, Roller Barrel Throttle Bodies. The earlier R300K's had RBTB's, the later one's had the VVC engine with plenum. You don't necessarily need a bonnet cut with RBTB's, it depends which filter you're using.I will ask for some under bonnet pictures. Had a chat with a lady at James whitting sevens who serviced the car for several years and nothing from their history says anything negative about the car. It's in my price range but so would a newer Supersport so not 100% which would be better for me.
