Hello everyone, I pick up my new 360S next week and I'm thinking about getting the sides done in a protective film. Does anybody have any good recommendations for fitters in the Northwest/Cheshire area?

I've googled but always like a recommendation from experience.

Thanks,

Simon.

Hi speak to Dave at Premier Paint Guard he does a lot of Caterhams, using 3m or Suntek films
I've just ordered a protection kit for my CSR to install myself, it is a bh to do yourself though.... as it's a new Car get Dave to supply and install.
I had the Kit on my previous Car for 4 years and it kept it looking new in all that time, brilliant stuff and a no brainer!!...

I think it is essential to do the fiberglass bits of a seven, I bought film from Premier with the aim of covering the nose and rear wings myself. I then got cold feet and rang the registerd installers around the north west to see what they would charge to install. They seemed quite dismissive, saying the 3M film I had was "old stock" and gave me high prices for installing, also Premier do not offer a fitting service here.

All this really p**sed me off, but as I had no choice I watched hours of Youtube videos on the subject and got a trusted friend to help me. We did a reasonable job, but a couple of tiny creases that I know are there still bug me.

I wold reccomend getting a quote for supply and fitting from a 3M approved installer, then if they mess up it is their problem smile Also the newer film is now thinner and stronger
