Fitting new seats

I'm going to fit new seats to my 2001 car. Looking at the Caterham website I see that new runners were introduced in 2010. Is it just a straight swap between the old and new or will the installation require any modifications to be made?

What seats?

The newer adjustable runners for tillets have a different hole spacing meaning that you may need to drill new holes in your floor to fit. Worth checking out before you part with any cash.

"What seats?" Oooops! Hadn't thought that through. The car's not used for racing or track days, so just standard leather ones.

Ok I'll pass then. I dont know anything about the leather seats.
