I'd like to get my roller barrels overhauled as I suspect there is a slight air leak on one or two of the cylinders.

Is it best to send them off to somebody to do this and, in which case, who?

Or, where can I get hold of an overhaul kit (seals, etc).

Thanks,

CycleSi

Duratec? If so there are kits on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cosworth-Duratec-Throttl... or from cosworth, but to be honest, although useful, they seldom need these kits - just stripped down and cleaned. Just in case you don't already know remove the TPS first or it will be destroyed.

No; it's a K-series.

I had mine overhauled by the original manufacturer, but this was organised through my mechanic, so not sure who they were (Titan perhaps?). Anyway, I thoroughly recommend getting this done, as it vastly improved the running.
