As a Caterham newbie, wondered whether there are regular meets in the Kent area? Or if anyone fancies a Sunday lunch meet and a countryside blat sometime?

Yes there are Simon, go to www.blatchat.com for more in depth info - there are several meetings in the Kent/Surrey/Sussex area

Thats my old car! on your profile. and number plate ! I sold it to my good mate Keith a few years back who I understand sold just recently. (clearly to you)

Its fantastic car. you will love it. hope you wash and polish it frequently and will have as much fun as me. I had it built for me from the factory and loved it so much. utterly reliable, super fun.

Its a cracking car - no 57 to jog your memory!! Just had Carbon Fibre Tillets put in and change-up lights and serviced at the factory

Did Snetterton a couple of weeks ago on slicks, saw 150mph on the clock at the end of the backstraight! Unbelievably fast...

Keith told me I'd end up regretting not buying his trailer, I do!

Where are you based, local to Keith?

Keith? From Sussex? Spent a mint at Ratrace on the car?

It looked a very nice car when I saw it - Keith was almost anal about it and Vince persuaded him to blow tons of dosh on it. He sold it in May this year IIRC.

Incidentally I used to go to school with a Simon Clark - Chigwell in Essex, not you I suppose?

Anyway, car is a cracker, enjoy it

Very similar colour Mike!, saw you sold it and then the new owner put it back on the market again!

How is the Duratec coming along?
