The delivery date is now all set for the Caterham

Friday 15th, (should probably be Friday the 13th for all other road users )

You're more than welcome

Although comments like "my engines bigger than that" or "a lot of tread on those compared to my slicks" etc won't go down well

So big box of bits arrives Fri, I trust you have booked a trackday debut for Monday then, just to spur the build along

Surely you just need to bring the Blue Peter "here's one I made earlier" example.

Good luck Ben

If it's anything like my build you'll make loads of progress in the first week (front suspension, steering, diff, rear suspension and brakes all in one week) but then things slow down a little, try and keep up the momentum though as it'll be well worth it once you finally hit the road (or preferably the track).

Give me a shout if you need any advise.

cheers

Thanks Mike,

My build is a bit more standard than yours, I can't see there being loads of problems. Feel free to pop round and point though

A good weekend should see it running I reckon

I am, after all, a professional I use different hammers depending on whether I'm taking stuff apart of putting it together

When you get it built you will have to come to the meet at the Church Mouse between Chester Le Street and Durham.

BTW What did you get

OK mate but I think Durham may be a bit far, I can almost see the south coast from here

All you need to do now is build a garage to house and build the Caterham in and your laughing!!

Don't hesitate to call if you need a hand with anything, however, the more you do, the easier the inevitable repairs will be!!!
