what are these worth ?

thinking of changing to carbon Tilletts , to ease the pain of spending would sell the seats i have in at the mo, they are black and as new only been in the car for 900 miles, had a look on ebay and cant see anything like so can any one give me an idea of what they would be worth second hand on a good day! ??

I sold mine on ebay and they bid up to the £500 mark in the end. They went to Europe and the foreign interest was high. The only issue was sending them as, when packaged, their physical size exceeds most of the cheaper couriers.

I would have thought around £450 for the pair. Might be worth searching on blatchat sales forum for an idea on what they have been advertised for.

If they have only done 900 miles then I would say £500.
I take it they are for an S3?

The wife had teh opposite problem, she had tillets and wanted Leather seats, a quick posting on Blatchat had several replies and she swopped her tillets [Bloody awful seats IMO] for the really comfy Caterham Leather seats which you have.

im not a member of blatchat, might see if i can get someone to stick a post up, my mrs hates the tilletts too we had them in our last car, but i get back ache in a soft seat and no probs in a hard!

Sold my ones for £450 in about a day on Blatchat. Those were 10 years old with 15k miles although were in very good condition.

I much prefer Tillets. Better fit for me on track and also on all day road blats. I didn't find the S Types that supportive on the back.

Jeff, I have two fibreglass Tillets that I would be keen to exchange for the leather seats you show. The wife doesn't get on with the Tillets due to her childbearing hips...

I would normally have just PMed you but I don't think I can do that as I'm a newbie.

My Tillets are just under a year old, as they came with my Academy car. The drivers one is barely used as I put a foam seat in it for racing, whereas the passenger one has been very lightly used as it was mainly out of the car during the summer for racing reasons.

Hi Simon, If I swapped I would want the carbon tillets to match the rest of my car. will be selling these though at some point if of interest. the car is in storage at the mo while im on building another project but i will be getting it home shortly and will get some better pics of them.
