Which insurance company advice
Discussion
I'm newbee to Caterham experience and specialist insurance companies, have a couple of quotes one fron Adrian Flux other from competiotion car insurance via caterham car web site.
Any opinions on whose better, prices are similar, but Adrian Flux don't include track days, other company does, but has limits on where car is stored overnight, any views appreciated

MSM's customer service was always great. Avoid Adrian Flux IMO, plenty of scare stories if you use the search function on here. Competition Car Insurance has a good reputation.
If you aren't aware - a search on the blatchat forum is a good idea. www.blatchat.com

It really depends on your age, miles, and (number of , if any !) track days. You give no specifics so you're unlikely to get a specific answer here.
2001 SV-VHPD, a few modifications, owned since new:
It is fully comp'd, full replacement value, and 7,000 miles annually around £400 when I was in my 40's and living inside the M25. And locked in a garage with the steering wheel removed.
Now I'm in my early 50's, live in rural Bucks, and pay £262 for the same cover, same number of track days, etc...And locked in a garage with the steering wheel removed.
This is with Competition Car Insurance (the old Egger Lawson crowd) who've never done us wrong, and with a protected NCB.

Finally gone for Frank Pickles. cost £194 for R300 k series, 5K miles / year. this for 50year old,no accidents, or points etc, the point about cost of vehicle is important as 21k and under they use different company and cost drops a lot.
Anyway thanks for the advice it saved me some money.
