Live Axle Wide track Conversion

Can anyone tell me what excatly is needed for a live axle chassis/ front end, to wide track current spec (not metric) wishbones. Ive read about a kit but cant find it on caterham. Also if a kit is not needed and it can be done any other way no caterham i would be interested to hear.
