I'm looking for a more quiet exhaust for my x-flow. The price is right and the workmanship looks good.

Experience with this exhaust?

The company's run by a mate of a 7-owner who used to live local to us - IIRC they're Yorkshire (Doncaster?) based. The local guy had his exhaust made by them and the comment I'd make is that due to the fact that it's an assembly of pre-formed tubes welded together, it doesn't look a high class setup. The welding was of a good quality, but without the ability to do bespoke tube forming it's going to be hard to create a system that gives the same perception of quality as the usual Caterham after-market suppliers.

I had one on my busa powered westy years ago and it was spot on and very good value for money , mine was a only 6" can but was quieter than the 7" techcraft I took off.

Not a direct experience but I have a very similar silencer on my [shsh] Robin Hood, made from v/sim if not identical compnents it was made by MK sports cars and have found it to be very good ,its repackable quiet, with a bark and very possible just as good as a Wunoff but considerably cheaper This is no disrespect to Wunoff who are actualy based in Bradford ,I do hope this helps make your choice

I don't know if this will swing it for you, but I've heard WunOff offer a good repack service too... Could be wrong, but seem to recall hearing it was FOC??? May be worth a phone call to confirm.

I've had a wunoff in the past, very nice workmanship, also look at EBD (Exhausts By Design) in Buckinghamshire, near Buckingham itself, they do some amazing work, had me a set of primaries & a collector made, they were a work of art. Also have a look at Good Fabrications & Simpsons in Slough.

I have a Wunoff silencer (no pipes) and can say that I've been very pleased with it. Repacking it is easy enough to do as a DIY job
