88.4dB - I would have thought hat is pretty quiet. I doubt you will get an R400 less than that. Also it is quite possible the noise may well be induction rather than exhaust, especially with throttle bodies. If not already fitted, an air box may be a good place to start, rather than exhaust.
Probably an easier solution is to find another venue with a higher noise limit.

Sorry for y'all that Bedford has the scruples of a hooker in Amsterdamn and doesn't make their noise regulations clearer. You're certainly unfortunately not the first or last.

Stick with circuits with a sensible noise limit and avoid scummy tracks where so NIMBY OAP's live nearby!

If it's a driveby limit could you not just short shift?
Also, if it's a repackable exhaust you could re pack it to make it a bit quieter


And I'm still laughing at the fact that I took you out for a ride and very shortly after you've gone and bought one hehe
