Well after all the fuss of changing the inlet manifol / throttle bodies gasket, the car seemed to go back together well...

...until I noticed petrol weeping from the connection 'tween fuel line and fuel rail. Turns out the o-ring in there doesn't really like to be re-used. Sure enough, when I took it apart the little rubber ring is split.

Caterham website says they are out of stock - anyone know where I can get one from or what spec it is if I have to go hunting outsode of Caterham circles?

Need to sort otherwise a 95p part put scupper the trackday I have planned at Bedford next weekend.

Have you tried your nearest motor factors? It should be a fairly standard K-Series part I'd have thought.

Thanks chaps. All sorted now and no fuel leak.

Good call Risky, I popped into Redline this afternoon to pick one up - funny how a tiny 60p part can just halt the day!
