Cripes, I'm excited!! As I'm still over in Austria, with it not being till mid next year till I return to the UK, I've got a right old wait until I plan on buying a Caterham. That being said, it doesn't stop me browsing the PH classifieds every day biggrin

Anyway, I've just booked my flight over to Scotland in mid Sept along with booking a Caterham from www.openroadhire.co.uk for the weekend. 2 full days of driving on some of the best and most scenic roads in the Land. driving

It's now just a case of fingers crossed for the weather!

You will love it. I done a single day hire (in York) a few months back and it was a hoot.

I don't know what's going on with me buying a car at the moment, I've been looking to get one for a few years now but I may be coming out of my company car scheme so the funds may have to go to that. Or I need get the better half out and working.

Anyway, you will love it.

My preferred choice woul be a r300 or the new supersport.

I did this two years ago and had a 140 SV for a day. Andrew Still at Openroadhire is a real nice chap and a petrolhead.

Had the Caterham bug ever since...... now got my own!

You'll have a great time smile

Remember, if it's raining you don't have to have the hood up unless it's really pouring.
Once your up to 40 or 50 it just goes over the top!

I hope you do get good weather though.
