Trottle cable snapped!
Discussion
Morning all,
Just need to check with you guys, as everyone else i ask seems unsure.
I have a Super 7 with 2l Zetec + twin webers on which the throttle cable snapped over the weekend, am i right thinking the throttle cable that Caterham sell for the x flow is the one i need?

One person said it is the other said it isn't, so i'm confused and need to get the right one ASAP as it is currently in a farmers barn away from home and i have no trailer so need to get it home and out of his way!
Thanks again in advance for your help.

Just had a 2.0 litre Zetec fitted to my Caterham (was a x-flow) and used the original cable. So my suggestion is that, yes, a x-flow cable will do.
I have bought a spare to carry with me as the route of the cable is pretty tight which (my guess) makes them prone to snapping. The spare I bought was a x-flow throttle cable (sorry dont have the part number to hand).
Hope this helps.
