Hi,
I'm quite new on this section, I'm normally working on an Ultima, but this came across my path

I wanted to share my rebuilt of the central clutch slavecilinder which is found in the caterhams with the drysumptank integrated in the bell housing.

I had a leaking one, and discovered that they are prone to leaking, and that parts are hard to get.

There for I redesigned the internal parts and have custom Viton seals made which are more durable. This automatically means that ONLY Dot5 brakefluid can be used, also not Dot5.1.
Dot5 doesn't contain Glycols which destroy Viton.

Whenever you decide, to use DOT5 where DOT3,4 or 5.1 have been used, make sure you first fully drain the mastercilinder and lines, because DOT5 gels when in contact with the mentioned before.
Dot5 is purple and better available at motorcycle stores.

Anyone interested in these seals for their clutch, please contact me. I also have the cilinder made new, since my old one had signs of pitting.
