Feeling dumb - markings on my distributor...sound right?

So I was trying to search for the right distributor cap part with the following code stamped on my distributor:

PIPER XF 26 AT 4000

oops....that to me sounds like a tuning recommendation not a model #

I assume my car has a piper cam and the timing should be set at 26 degrees at 4000 RPM.


I guess I shouldn't work for a military code breaker quite yet.

The distributor has a black top, so I'm going to assume it is a LUCAS 45D
