I have used DPR to set my car up for the Academy this year - they have been fantastic. David and his team are very knowledgeable, but as Paul says any of the teams listed above will provide a first-rate service, it all depends who is most local to you I suppose.
Also try mc millan but might be a bit of a drive for you....I wouldnt DIY the first time although you could have a fiddle once you have a basic known setup. If you change one thing at a time its easy enough to get back to the starting point once you have screwed things up. String box tape measure and you can do a lot.
I went to Abingdon last week and a chap down there really help me out by moving the peddles back to the middle setting. this meant my seat was further back and I could brake much harder. thank you for that Simon, made a massive difference.
The other advice was tire presure, running at 20PSI made the car handle so much better (well I was running 13 PSI eeek).
I also have Yokohama tires on the car which are great in the dry, and certain death in the wet.
