Chrome wheel refurb
Discussion
Dunno if these boys will do it, possibly more expense than new wheels.

I had a set of chromed C5 Z06 wheels (in very poor cond) refurb at BJV Engineering in Kings Langley, (just north of Watford) so not to far from you. Didn't get them re-chromed, but powered coated in Black. Ex job done by BJV. I quess you could get them powered coated / painted in any colour you wanted.
Hope this helps,
Dale.

I had the polished alloys on my Z06. The laquer started to lift in places after about a year old. Had mine stripped and refinised in black flash chrome. This was in April 2008 and they still look new. The job was done by The Wheel Specialist in Fareham for about £400 all in.I would definately use them again.

I did punch in BJV Engineering into Google Search and there are some very interesting entries posted, might be worth your while reading them.
As we all like pics......
Dale's Zed ...
And Tekwiz'z C5 with the added vinyl pinstripe...
Also, when the time comes to show off those wheels, may I suggest the Corvette Club's Thames Valley meet, only just down the road from you in Maidenhead.
