Lack of late used Corvettes for sale in the UK

Just looked on Autotrader and they have one C6 for sale!!! A few years back you would always find for sale around 10-15 cars.

How many have ended up going to Europe?
Are owners just holding on to their own cars?

I know you can find used Vettes on Ebay,Pistonheads etc but Autotrader gives a good idea to what is around on the marketplace. Maybe nobody is buying a new one so the used market has just gone quite.
I have been on the look out for a nice Euro Z06 for a while but have not seen any!

Yeah my guess is nobody is trading up. For one the C6 is 6 years old now, the new model is not out. So nothing to upgrade to.
There might be a few more hitting the market next year as the spending cuts start to bite. There are a few old musclecar forced sales happening.

Does anyone know exactly how many euro C6Z06s have been sold in the UK to date, and indeed how many there are left on the UK roads - they seem to be as rare as hen's teeth!

Apart from mine,I know of only one other, North of the Border!

I started a similar thread to this last year I believe, I think we managed to account for about 17 cars, but don't know how many still remain in the UK. There are two in the North East.

Two Z's are no longer with us this year, One was a Euro car. I know of about 5 cars sold back into Europe. Still some US spec cars about.
Early C6 US spec cars you can find for around £25k they normally have the awful shark fin for the XM radio on them, Also most don't have the Z51.
I think my first C6 which was a euro car is now in Europe!

I still have my Ron Fellows. I had thought I might sell it this year. Maybe next. Thing is, I love it. A man in France is very keen on it...

Well there's mine. Each time I'm tempted to switch into something else, I find something that the alternative lacks. What other supercar will swallow my guns or my road bike? Probably ought to find something before the C7 appears though... either that or keep it forever?
