Whats the going rate for an early C6 Z06
Discussion
HUD is standard on Euro cars and I seem to recall on the US cars also (unlike a base C6).
We specced all of the UK cars with NAV, even though it was an option. I expect that most (perhaps all) of the Euro cars have Nav also.
Polished wheels were the only other Euro option (other than metallic paint and leather colours) until the 08 model year.

I would only buy a euro car as you can sell these back to Europe with no problems as they came with a COC.
There is some room for pisstake with that sentance however, as the owner of an imported Z06, I will rise above it!On a serious note what are the general thoughts on where the C6 Z06 will bottom out price wise? C5 Z06 seems to be around £20-25k?

The C6 Z06 will be a pretty safe bet until the C7 finally appears, particularly with so few left in the UK and a week £ holding back further imports.
Depending on business I might consider buying myself an early C6 Z06 next year - It looks like I might be chasing Bluethunder around the country for one!

I'm only after a black one. So that leave you with a wider choice.:
Not fussy about the colour, I think that you might be looking for a while for a black Euro car though (I can only think of one still in the country).Did you get rid of your 101? Found out recently that one of our neighbours has 2, along with a Bedford truck and a one off KTM MOD evaluation bike.

B.t.w whats the difference between a euro car and a U.S spec one??.
Genuine RHD headlights (UK car)Headlamp wash (required by EU law on Xenons)
Thatcham approved alarm and immobiliser
Radio tunes in to odd and even FM frequencies
Orange side marker lights
No chrome wheel option
EU spec rear lights
Speedo calibrated for kmh with the option to switch to mph
CoC, making it far easier to sell into Europe
Different wiring loom (you cannot for example easily (if at all) fit a genuine CD changer or Ipod adapter.)
EU front number plate bracket (if fitted)
Have I forgotten anything?

3 year warranty when new
No aftermarket fog light switch inside car
I think revised seat belts for euro cars
no second to forth jump on euro cars
Z51 option standard for Europe
I wouldn't let the 1st-4th skip shift put anyone off buying a US spec car. Eliminating this is perhaps the simplest most often done aftermarket mod by any Vette enthusiast. I am not sure if you can simply unplug the wiring harness, as it probably causes an error code, but you can buy a harness from a range of aftermarket suppliers that plugs onto both ends after you separate the OEM harness. You will still see the warning on the dash when the ECM is sending the signal to do the "skip-shift", but you will now be able to complete a 1st to 2nd shift without being forced into 4th. Corvette has had this annoying feature from the factory since it has had a six speed manual box.
