It's that time of the month again. Tuesday 22nd of June is the next, exclusive Club Night for the Surrey Region meeting of CCCUK and any visitors that want to chat Corvette...!

If the sun is shining GET DOWN EARLY - a lot of the crew are usually there from 7pm onwards.

The Fairmile Arms is located along the Portsmouth Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 1BW, between Cobham and Esher. Closest motorway junction is 10 off the M25. From there, follow the A3 towards London and come off at the first junction, then turn right, signposted Cobham. Go over a roundabout, past the BMW dealer on the right, at the next button-roundabout turn left. The Fairmile is along on the left just past the Shell petrol station.

Hi G4HKS

Is it just for Members on Tuesday evening, or is it open to someone who was impressed with the Corvettes at Le Mans last week, possibly are starting their Mid-Life Crisis (?!?), and thinks that driving (and therefore owning) a Vette may just be the answer... I noticed in the past you had put ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS! AND NON-MEMBERS WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE! but not for this June Meeting.

I don't currently own anything more exciting that the 'family hatchback' but would ensure that that was parked away from all the 'proper' cars!

Many Thanks for listening.

I did!!! Amazing what you can fit in a vette! I had to remove the harness bar and couldn't fit the tent in. Half was in the back, the other in the front. The passenger seat was in the wheel arch.

Just got to mount it on a board and then convince nutz that it really does belong in the house somewhere wink ......... Not getting very far with that one yet

Good news - no increase to fuel duty. But VAT will increase on 4th Jan...so time to buy those new toys NOW!

I don 't think you will actually get through to Harris - you did see the way he attempted to drive a Z06 off the line against a Porsche the other year?! And good for Gary for getting his letter published.
