I went around the roundabout outside the hotel & garage meeting point at the weekend. The surface was really broken up due to this winter's weather getting in to the poorly maintained road. Make sure you don't follow the car in front too closely on Friday or you'll end up with a pebble-dashed nose !

I think all of the loose stuff has already disappeared from that particular roundabout as it has been bad for weeks, not as bad as the road out of Sutton to the M25 which is utterly shocking.
