Well. It looks like the cold weather and age has taken its toll on the battery. Due to the oddness of it. Wheres the best place to get a battery. And what is one going to set me back. Thanks in advance

i have mine from Tayna but this one is 10gbp cheaper. It`s gel one so will not leak and possibly cause damage to Your ecu and loom.

Had mine for over a year now, no problems, car was stationary since late oct and started without problems.

If you're anywhere near Ian Goss that's where I got my last one about a year ago. He had a Delco ready and waiting in stock. [It's "75" as opposed to the larger "78" battery which is standard but it's got the correct side terminals so fits straight in. Max' convenience £140 fitted for CCCUK member.]

My last Delco lasted 7 years so I'm not complaining.....

Mark it has both Standard pins and front corvette connectors, You`ll get set of plastick covers to cover unused pins in that case

When I needed a new battery for the C5 I had a couple of years ago I got one from John Woolfe racing in Bedford. They had a choice of two and I think I paid less than a hundred quid.It was a couple of years ago though.
