How can I get CoC ?

You will have to contact the administrators for Kroymans.

Maybe I should have said it's a C5 from the Vauxhall era

No chance that dept has long since gone in the Vauxhall area that finshed in 2001. Kroymans have also gone and nobody else is going to be bothered ymto help out on a car that was sold so long ago. Since kroymans went everything is still up in the air. But good luck.

On a serious note, the CoC can't you just borrow someone else's and change the VIN?
