Are you a CCCUK member? If not why not???

http://www.corvetteclub.org.uk/member-benefits.php...

A lot of insurance companies offer hefty discounts for CCCUK members so the £35 annual fee can be recouped just by joining....plus you get all the other lovely benefits of membership like the Vette News magazine.

Try mce or lancaster insurance. Mce is just over 500 mark with breakdown cover and 6500 miles/year, I was 25 when got this and had 0 years NCB with clean license

I received my renewal quoation from Stevenage Insurance yesterday, and it's increased by 25%! (and that's with CCCUK discount, and no change of circumstances)

You can bet I'll be phoning around on Monday...

An increase like this would normally be due to a underwriting factor within the risk.

If you want to e-mail me your details I will have a look into the reason and also check if an error has been made.

Just moved mine from MCE to A Plan, they saved me £200 and so far have been the most helpful insurance company ive ever dealt with. If they keep up the good work ill move the others over to them when they are due.

If you go to the track at all, try Richard Egger. I saved £200 compared to Flux and get insurance on 4 Trackdays a year (excepting Spa and the 'ring though)

They gave good discounts for CCCUK membership as well as MSA too.

I use A-Plan for the Mustang but when I had my C5 Z06, the cheapest quote came from Norwich Union Direct.

I found that A Plan couldnt touch Adriun Flux on my late Mustang (06) yet everyone in the Mustang group swore by A Plan, and my corvette is with AON but it is a 75 and nobody got even close to them, you do have to phone around i am afraid, i also use Adriun Flux on my 03 V8 Jeep grand Cherokee and again they were streets ahead. Its always worth calling them and quiereing it as i have found Adriun Flux to be very helpful.

I'm also with Adrian Flux - well pleased.

It's also worth mentioning that (along with some other insurers) they are great supporters of the CCCUK with Magazine ads. Website ad and member's discount.
