Thought I'd stick my neck out and see if anyone near E14 was going to this on Saturday 27th in the AM and could offer me a lift?

Can contribute with sandwiches and do some of the driving biggrin

I'm meeting a friend at the event so you wouldn't need to sorry about me hanging around all day and chances are I'd be getting the train back anyhow.

Anyone? biggrin

I'd happily give you a lift Mark but at the moment I don't know if I'll be goine up this year. If things change towards the end of the week and you still don't have a lift I'll let you know.

You've been following the news then? biggrin

I'd rather have some car chat on the way up than sit next to some random on the train - likley to be an unpleasant experience!

Thanks for the offers guys smile

My friend has a TVR Cerbera that he's built but he's itching for a Z06 and I can se why.

The ZR1 at Canary Wharf the other day was beautiful!

Hmmm. What happened to the nutter in the jet-powered wheelchair who was doing spectacularly noisy runs at Huntingdon a few years back? Seems he's not on the program.

Wonder if he turned the wick up too far and now performs as, "15:15 - 15:30 Battle Of Britain Flypast"!?!

But but but I just wondered what woz happening in the interim minutes, like 10:31, 10:32, 10:33. I just guessed you were in a hurry and rattled of the list of times as quick as you could?

That's all.

And don't forget the TWO BEERS you now owe me.

Been very heavy thunderstorms today - weekend is supposed to be unsettled but this forecast changes daily (I live 5 mile away)

Thanks Zippee, it's a 440 mile round trip for me and I don't want to make the journey if it's going to be a wash out.
