Ls3 Ls376/480 sparks

anybody know the spark plugs for a LS3 engine? i am away from my car at the moment and was looking for a quick answer.
OEM or good alt.

I had used PFR7B's in the past ( or PFR6B for hotter ) NGK double platinum.

Currently on BCR8ES cheapies.

Just dont see the point in buying expensive oones anymore.

Just because they are normally taper seat plugs, dont think that our normal washer style plugs dont fit.
