stearing system failure

Hi,
i got a C6 2007 from Stratston, 2500 miles in february 2009.
After a month (March 2009)there was a leakage of stearing fluid in the main belt sprying the fluid all around the engine.
Sent to the service, no leakage, all ok.....
Going in the road 2 months later the stearing system failed an I went strait in a turn, fortunately nobody around and a nice green field saved me.
I checked and the belt was broken!!!I risked to be killed or to kill someone...
I got the pics of the previos problem and the snapped belt...that i strongly suspect is that the belt was soaked by stearing fluid and was not changed in March.
I would like to contact a solicitor!!
