As a final attempt to squeeze some more sympathy......I can't go!! frown

Maybe I'll do a report for Vette News about my Le Mans experience sat on a sofa being interrupted by the district nurse to re-pack my wound.

My tickets have been sold on eBay to a guy from Edinburgh who is taking his 70 year old father as a birthday treat. At least they've gone to a worthy cause I guess.

I hope all of you have a good, safe, enjoyable trip. thumbup

The article is a great idea - perhaps you could not bother with the words. Or any pictures of you. And even leave out pics of the wound. I guess that only leaves the nurse...................

Gutted you can't make it and the answer is "yes - we will all have a great time"

Yes, the silver Z4. The only thing distinctive about it is the number plate [TIL 29].
I keep intending to either take the mini or stick a roof tent on the Landy, but on the odd occasion that I go to Le Mans more suitable cars have been available to me (like Corvettes frown ), and this time we're taking a VERY scenic route back which would be no fun in the Landy and keep Nurofen in business if I was in the mini!

We might just turn up as usual on the Saturday morning, I have provisional booked a day return on the boat it was only £5.00

But if I do go my house is alarmed, and I have a lodger who is house sitting from me to feed the guard dog and water the plants.
