Stratstone car odered by me for Cuban, but actually sold to someone by Patrick at Birmingham.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the previous owner or the history of the car. Might be worth a phone call to Birmingham and Wavendon service department though. One of only two Atomic orange UK cars (and I think that the second one ended up in Germany) Seems reasonable value and surprising that it hasn't sold to Europe.

Bearing in mind that it's actually a 2007 MDL year car that was registered in 2008 I think? So it has the old suspension, gear shift, centre console etc..

Why didn't Cuban take it in the end? I know he bought the same colour C6..

He picked up a C6 in the US when the exchange rate was favourable and decided to put the Z on hold for a while.

Haven't heard much from Graham recently - I presume he is too busy touring Europe with the band that he manages and running Driving Adventures!

Hi James

I don't get to stop by here too often these days.

There have been a lot of serious family health issues over the past 6 months
that has taken up most of my time, but I am indeed about to head out on a
Driving Adventures Scottish tour, looking forward to that.

I have also been busy with a new business I started (a specialist drum store)
while I'm actually taking my own playing seriously after a 24 year break and
I am about to embark on some session work which will be interesting to say
the least!
yikes

As you say, I went with a C6 Z51 in AO when the exchange rate was $2.10 to
the £1, them were the days.... rolleyes

Still a cracking car, love it to bits, which reminds me, I need to sort out some
new wheels as I'm tired of the English weather eating the chrome every time
my back is turned!

I'd still love to buy this Z06, but can't justify it, the C6 gets far too little use as
it is. frown

Anyway, regards to one and all. smile

Perhaps there should be a Corvette drumming combo (with car95) headlining at the nationals!

Nice to hear from you Graham.

Details of "a specialist drum store" required!

And James, if you know Steve or Denis give them a nudge in my direction. I have made a suggestion to them already...!

Next gig The Haymakers, Chesterton, Cambridge this Friday 24 April! m/
