To raise funds for our lads village school I ran a traditional English Fayre & Car Show in 2007, it was a great success attracting over 100 cars (yanks, supercars, classics, vintage & hot rods), on the day we had a good 10+ Corvette's attend, with the 'Best in Show' going to a Corvette.

All this along with medieval & american civil war displays, we had 600 visitors on the day & raised £1,400 for the school.

Well I'm going to do it again in 2009, the date is Saturday 12th September, the location is Welney Pavillion & playing fields (10 minutes off the A10 between Ely & Downham Market).

For anyone who turns up in a yank, classic, exotic etc then entry is £3 per car (regardless of how many passengers)

There will be a load of fun stuff, American civil war re-enactments, USAF displays, medieval displays, top food & loads more yet to be confirmed.

If any one PH's would like to attend you'd be made most welcome, who know's a Corvette might win the 'Best in Show' again this year
