LOW MILEAGE ZR-1 IN CLASSIFIEDS

Anybody know this car?
One thing I am confused with though,why would a 6k miles ZR-1 need any engine rebuild?

I don't know the car or the owner. There was a blue one for sale in the crawley area last year I think it was. Despite it being in my neck of the woods I never spotted it out and about. It's a rare colour so I wonder if it's the same car. Odd it needed another rack, never heard of anyone changing out a zr1 rack.

Didn't the car you refer to have around 110k miles on it?
I think it also had black wheels and was around the same price.Hmmm........

Reckon he'll swap it for a 2005 Mustang GT? On second thoughts, what's up here, I had to check the rear pic to verify it as a ZR-1 (yes I did recognise the engine too). It just doesn't have the clout visually.

Maybe all ZR-1s need to be a more aggressive colour or have coil overs (wonder where I got that idea from...)

Good job it isn't black, I'd be on my way there now...



Number plate sure looks familiar, also reminds me of the only other blue ZR-1 I have ever seen for sale in this country, the one with 110,000 miles ;)

Front is correct but why remove the high level b/light,is the hatch from an earlier car,are they the same width ?

yeah I think the hatch is the same width. Hmm did you look at his profile 42 posts since march 06. No mention of corvette in his previously owned cars either

Does the odometer on a C4 register more than 100k ?

Yes, 130k in mine BUT mine is a pre facelift George Lucas dash, which has an electrically driven mechanical odometer, this would have an all electronic odo.
