ZR1 is Jezza's Car of the Year
Discussion
In yesterday's Sunday Times, Clarkson finally came out of the closet and declared the ZR1 his personal Car of the Year, following Top Gear magazine's award of Performance Car of the Year.
Ironic that Corvette's status has never been higher just as dealers are closing wholesale and GM themselves are on the brink of collapse...
I just hope they make enough ZR1s to make me getting a reasonably priced 2nd hand one possible.

BCA, but I doubt that you would see any vette in there unless all of the sites are closed, and even then if there are still performance car sites (lotus etc) then the stock would be placed there, as the lessons learned by trying this before will have been forgotten.
We used to occasionally drip feed Cadillacs in to the auction houses (Leman will recall this profit opportunity!).
I expect that the used stock will end up in the remaining showrooms, and the new stock returned to Wavendon.

It was apparent when I moved to Cadillac in 2006 that the stand in values of identical CTSs at the same age varied by up to £13,000 so I got hold of the cheapest and sent them to auction where they made significant profits. Shortly afterwards, the values were harmonized across the group. We used to occasionally drip feed Cadillacs in to the auction houses (Leman will recall this profit opportunity!).

It would never have happened at Reg Vardy because their focus on stock management was just so much better.
