Realistically, how many $$'s will they raise? And what's the GM burn rate?

It's obviously supposed to be a show of faith to the people of America that they are raising cash by whatever means they have. The CEO's jet can economically be seen to earn its keep when you see how much Rick Wagoner is paid each hour and how much time it saves in transporting him around, but nonetheless they appear as extravagant expenditures and therefore have to go.
