David and I announced these prices over a month ago. Whilst the back story is complicated these prices are the same at all Stratstone dealerships as well as ourselves. The official price of ZR1's in the U.K. is £109,000.

This is old news happened on the 30th September!! Bauer Millett's website have had these prices on their website for ages!! Stratstone have just woken up as normal to what GM have offered them to sell their 08 cars with the offer of 6k off list on all 08MY cars.
It would seem our friends in Manchester are a bit more on the ball as normal with regards to price.
I am also sure Strats will have a few 07MY in their stocks as well trying to sell as 08 cars like they had at the nationals this year.
ZR-1 and 09my cars are normal list price, Not that many of us will be buying the ZR-1.
This once again shows the lack of knowledge and interest with Stratstone as it takes a month to get the news out they can sell you a car with 6k off list.

Hmmm, same prices everywhere.

How do you spell "cartel" and is it an anagram of i-l-l-e-g-a-l?

"recommended retail"is not illegal,if you can get the MRR for anything today you are either an exceptional salesman or your customer lives in a vacuum.

Bearing in mind that we got the prices down to the advertised level by discounting our margins and without any support from GM, is cynicism an anagram for ingratitude?

It's the same price because it is the new Recommended Retail Price. I don't believe in discount advertising nor do I particularly believe in discounts. I don't know of anybody who has ever managed to get more than £500 discount on a new Mini and look how strong their residual values are as a result?! If you get into a discount culture then you kid yourself as your car is worth that much less second hand. It all comes around in the end.
