Check these numbers out....
http://www.autoblog.com/2008/10/22/mt-tests-zr1-go...
0-60 in 3.3, quarter mile in 11.2, over 200mph. Ferrari Enzo: 0-60 3.3, 11.1 sec quarter Mile, 217mph.
Hmm, I could have an Enzo... or...
ZR1 ($135-140k right now)
A nice 356 Speedster ($150k)
A clean 57 Chevy Bel Air Convertible ($80k)
A clean E-Type 4.2 OTS ($70k)
A CTS-V ($65k)
A range Rover HSE Supercharged ($80k)
And still have $400k left over.

Personally I'd skip the RR HSE....
And whilst it shows what a total bargain a ZR1 really is (even at £100k) you wouldn't find me giving it a second look parked next to an Enzo. One is total performance/sex/art/magic on four wheels, the other a "bargain super car". The Enzo isn't the bargain.

New curvier CTSv does use the 556bhp LSA version of the 638bhp LS9.
The original more angular CTSv used the 405bhp LS6 from the C5 Z06.
The Enzo looks like the kind of awful kit car that Minotaur made.
Hideous, and not really very fast considering the price.
Slower even than the decade older Mclaren F1.
A Caterham R500 bettered the Enzo lap times by over 2 seconds per lap when EVO tested it, proving what a great design the Enzo really isn't.
