Whats the best road trip taken in your Corvette? Or where would you like to go?

For me.It had to be the Nurberg ring and Spa.Which i done last weekend

Phoenix to New York earlier this year in mrobin33s new C6 Z06. In convoy were a Boxster S, Hertz Shelby Mustang and a C6 vert. Great Fun.

Picked mine up new in San Diego and drove it to New York.... California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and the Empire State. A great drive, including route 66, some devilishly fast roads in New Mexico and great twisties in the Appalachians.

Today me and my son took a trip down to the south coast - hit the open road and Move from fifth gear into 4th and have the needle rest on three grand, then mash the pedal and let the 7 litre V8 do the rest. "Dad it feels like the air is being sucked out of my lungs", my son says, with a broad grin on his face.

Today's was another good trip

For me a trip to nurburgring,about 10 of us in convoy from calais to the ring nice sunny day hood down,wicked.

The very 1st trip, bought the car and had previously booked on the ferry Portsmouth to Bilbao.
Off the ferry then drove straight down to Malaga and spent a week in the sun then back up through Spain to Bilbao.

The most comfortable car I have ever had the pleasure to own.

Edinburgh to Sheildaig in the west Highlands in July, met p with several other P'heads to put on a sportcar show for the local fete. Fabulous roads and great company!

Every trip back from either Santa Pod or Shakey where I've had a weekends racing, haven't broke anything and can drive home with the AC on and a smile on my face..

The 3 passes Switzerland, then meeting up with a Viper for a blast to Germany using the mountain roads. Done it the last 2 years talking about doing it again next year as well. The Viper trip to Germany a couple of months ago was good too - blasting round the airfield was fantastic

Slightly off track but, I did Manchester to Inverness via Glasgow, Fort William, and then up the Great Glen to Inverness in a Dodge SRT-10 Viper. I'd love to do it again in a Corvette because it was sensational in the Viper so it could only be better in a 'vette.
