Just over 3,000 miles eek In a bouyant financial world the owner probably wouldn't be too far off the mark, but in this present climate ?

The car is in the USA so I guess you would need to add shipping, duty and do you pay VAT on something that old.....guessing not.

The classifieds default to £, so the price might be in dollars...Otherwise it's wishful thinking that there are many collectors outside of the US looking to spend £100000+ on an old Vette.

If it's a matching #s car and fully documented like he says and in absolute top flight condition it's worth every penny.

Big Block Convertible? Seems reasonably well optioned? 3k verifiable original miles? It might do more than that at auction.

Read that, and search around their site for what a properly documented car in absolute show condition will sell for. Also, there's a Maroon 66 427/390 convertible on eBay, $59k start, no reserve, sounds like ti needs restoration and no documentation that the drivetrain is original to the car.

MrVelox is right, it might not be your thing but they're going for anywhere around $160,000 for top examples.

And in my experience Jimex is also right, it's rare that I have seen UK Collectors willing to pay huge money for esoteric muscle cars.

Think anyone in the UK would pay for a 69 Z28 with dual quads and disc brakes? ($200,000+)
