...so a good day to spend in the garage fixing stuff! (sadly 2 seater hardresser'dness for me) - anyone else playing in theirs today?

Or doing this:

It took me nearly two hours yesterday to get about 100 yards at one point...

A car collection should always have a Land Rover (and a Corvette, but I'll have to make do with 1 out of 2 for the moment)

But the sun came out so I took this for an airing:

Ah to be up north where the sun shines!

Had mine out today for a quick blast, gave a lift to mate who hasn't been in it before, needless to say he was impressed with the ease that we hit 130mph...

Now I have to spend the rest of the day cleaning it! biglaugh

It hasn't stopped raining here. Never mind, apparently tomorrow will be sunny. Pity I'm working.....

Good work on the Land Rover. Had some friends round with a new Land Rover Discovery - the list of faults since new is a bit concerning...Defenders seem to be the answer!

Well, now done 12 of the valves on my MX5, only 4 more to do, and have automated (semi) the process by getting the crappy Halfors sucker mounded on the end of a cordless drill. Less hand blisters...

..only to find I have the dreaded crank pulley issue.

Vette sat happily outside laughing at the rains inability to rust its plastic shell...

Ah how sorry I feel for you all.
Today was thermic so we were beating around at cloudbase in a two seat glider with excellent visibility.
There are times when cars just don't do it!
