thanks, steve. is this forum any specific model vette?
No. It just seems like it. A lot of the guys have ZR1s. It is a relatively new site and as you will appreciate there aren't that many Vettes in the UK anyway. At the moment, most of the people are from the south east of the UK but we are publishing the details of the site in our club magazine over Xmas so that will attract more hopefully.
Our club site is www.corvetteclu.org.uk which you might find gives you a better feel for the Vette culture in the UK.

New here also.
Found the link on a US Corvette forum. Makes interesting reading, would like to spend some time here.
First I have to figue out how to visit and post without having to log in each time.. in spite of the fact that I ask the forum to "remember me". Any suggestions?
Also, this forum (Corvette) seems to be duplicated in two different formats. Is it hosted in two places?
Glad to be here. My first reaction is I find the subtle differences in our language interesting.
Regards... Art in Louisiana, USA
1991 ZR1
Also in past, 1965 Shelby Cobra retired "DragonSnake" replica, several Jaguars, and 1963 split window Sting Ray Coupe.

Welcome ZR1991.
The www.corvettechat.co.uk is a reskinned version of the forum at www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=100&t=53650
The www.corvettechat.co.uk version has got a few rough edges which I need to look at (such as cookie expiry) etc.
