Where do buy general spares - eg Wiperblades for a C5
I've been buying parts direct from the US - but for general parts who do you use in the UK ?
btw - I was in Warsaw last week - guess what car was the first car i saw as i walked out of the terminal ..
a Red C6 convertible - got to be the only one in warsaw - brave choice of car for that city !!

I didn't think Warsaw was that rough - have I just got it wrong? (or is it all the drunk Brits and cheap beer combo that cause the problem?)
For general spares, albeit for an earlier car (C4), in no particular order:
Moving Parts (importer)- Eric the brave (Steve Borland) on here
Eurovettes - Keith Beschi - good for stock of C4 parts, second hand parts and will get parts too
Corvette Kingdom - excellent for most service parts - Scott a pleasure to deal with, also have breakers in from time to time.
Also, there are the American Car Parts people in Bedford, and also, a smaller concern on the scene, but MAG American in Bishop's Stortford. Used Auto Pontiac a few years ago too, he was in London.
As can be expected, all very helpful people, and I think you've got to think, use them or lose them.

Keith at Eurovettes has been an excellent source of parts for my C5, new or second-hand. I think Stratstone Corvette will probably also order in C5 parts, but they may be a bit more expensive. But if it's just wiper blade refills you're after, just nip down to Halfords - you won't find the C5 listed but just measure your existing ones (22" I seem to recall?) and buy the appropriate length replacements from their standard range.
