Met yet another guy this morning who's just taken delivery of a Mustang convertible. Those Mustangs are flooding into this country right now. The American Carriage forecourt in Barnes is full of them and there's another Mustang specialist with a showroom in West Byfleet as you drive into the Halfords by Brooklands.

With overtaking becoming a thing of the past in "Gatso County" (the 40/50 mph speed limited South East of England) it seems driving from the passenger seat is increasingly seen as less of an issue. Having looked at Mustangs in the 1990s before opting for the real thing (Corvette) I'm sure this is a trend which will continue.

I think the $ will continue to weaken, so $2.50 to the £ is quite possible... but in any case, $2.10 is pretty good already!!
